Dr. Boehm founded Consona to build a practice dedicated entirely to aesthetic surgery, where every patient is met with the same level of care, attention, and intention that defined his training. The name comes from the Latin "consonare" – to sound together, in harmony – and it describes the result he plans toward: one that stays in tune with the face or body it belongs to.

He trained at the Medical College of Wisconsin for both medical school and plastic surgery residency, where he received comprehensive training across the full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. After residency, he pursued an ASAPS-endorsed aesthetic surgery fellowship under Dr. Bradley Calobrace in Louisville, Kentucky – one year focused entirely on advanced aesthetic technique. He returned to Wisconsin to practice, in the community he grew up in.

Dr. Boehm aims for results that look natural on the patient, and that goal shapes how he plans, how he operates, and how he follows up. He takes time during the consultation, often longer than patients expect, and the goal is agreed before an operation is booked. The same precision and discipline carry into the operating room.
